Renovated as recently as 2021 this converted attic flat sits at the top and fourth floor of a small apartment house with elevator. The house is situated at the end of a quiet one way street above the old town of Ospedaletti with views over the Mediterranean Sea.

The beach promenade with shops, cafés and restaurants is in walking distance and private off street parking is available some 100 m away from the house.

“La Libertà” opens into a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe, a desk and storage facilities. From here follows the private area with family bathroom with window and two attractive bedrooms with large double beds (160 and 180 cm in width). One of the bathrooms has a TV, the second bedroom has air conditioning.

Opposite from the bedrooms lies a well-proportioned living room with 2.80 m ceiling height and access to a sunny furnished south facing balcony inviting to sit and relax. Adding to the overall comfort are an electric fireplace, a comfortable lounge sofa and a flat screen TV.

“La Libertà” is not suited for children under the age of five.

The central location make “La Libertà” the perfect place from where to enjoy relaxing days on the beach or to explore the “Riviera of Flowers” and the picturesque Ligurian Hinterland. Starting from Ospedaletti, a cycle and footpath takes you along the coast to San Lorenzo. The lively town of Sanremo and Ventemiglia known among many other attractions for the largest street market in Italy every Friday, are a 15 minute drive down the road. The nearby town Dolceaqcua invites to stroll through its meandering mews or walk over the elegant stone bridge once famously painted by Monet. The charming mountain village Apricale with its medieval charm also awaits your visit.
