La Riana Hotel Features
The solidly built La Riana Hotel, owned by the same family since its inception, was fully renovated in 2001. The hotel spans 550 m² across four floors plus an extended attic, featuring 10 guest rooms, a 50 m² attic flat, one restaurant, and two dining rooms with adjacent service rooms.
A spacious garden terrace with a BBQ area invites guests to dine al fresco or sunbathe. Most rooms have balconies or terraces with sea or town views. A private car park next to the hotel accommodates seven cars, with additional parking nearby.
Layout and Amenities
The ground floor entrance leads to a hall that connects to the lobby with a reception and lounge area. A room divider separates the restaurant and bar, with panoramic windows offering stunning sea views. The lounge provides access to a small terrace and a large garden terrace, along with two guest toilets and a storage room.
A staircase from the ground floor hall leads to the upper floors. The first floor has five guest rooms, three with sea views, four with balconies, and one with a 42 m² terrace. The second floor hosts five more guest rooms, three with sea views and balconies. The attic flat includes three rooms, one bathroom, and a roof terrace.
The lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase from the lounge or externally from the garden terrace, includes a banquet hall, kitchen, sanitary area, and several service and storage rooms. The banquet hall is bright and airy, thanks to south and west-facing windows. This floor could be reconfigured to include a wellness and fitness area.
Technical Details
The hotel is equipped with oil central heating that also provides hot water. The restaurant and lobby windows are made of aluminum, while all other windows are insulated, wooden, and fitted with electric blinds.
