The charming village Ville San Pietro is situated a 30 minute drive away from the lively coastal resorts and the regional capital Imperia, some 450 m above sea level. The tower offers potential for extension; the two rooms (approx. 12 qm each) situated above each other, could be turned into a guest room or studio.
“Casa Maninin” and “Casa Lucia” have private access to the road which facilitates separate use if used as a holiday home. Free Public parking is available outside the grounds or along the road.
Included in the sale is a 508 qm woodland a few hundred meters away from the house and another 23 qm cellar room inside “Casa Maninin”.
